  • We don't immediately rush out the best-looking CVs, only for you to find that when you invite them for interview none of them "are available". We take time to discuss your opportunity with several candidates and then from the ones that are interested we will send you around four.

  • We don't work with poor calibre clients. We are well known for working with a significant number of FTSE 100 companies and the majority of the UK's leading brand owners, so we attract a large number of speculative enquiries from the highest calibre professionals allowing us fast and ready access to a receptive audience.

  • We don't take the money and run by charging you 70% of the fees upfront. We gear most of our fees towards a successful completion. After all you are paying us to make appointments, not produce shortlists.
