All executive recruitment companies say pretty much the same things about why they are different - We don't. We just give you nine FACTS that actually make us better and have led us to the position of market leader in senior level marketing and commercial management recruitment.
- We don't send out a senior consultant to take the brief only to have the assignment passed on to a junior researcher. With us, you deal with who you meet - a senior consultant with at least 8 years' experience who will not only know about marketing, they will be an expert in your sector.
- We don't go away and take three weeks to produce a ninety-page report re-iterating everything you already told us. We don't feel this adds value.
- We don't immediately recommend an expensive and self-promoting, national press advertisement because in most instances we do not need to. We know our market and the vast majority of people within our specialist disciplines- that's what you are paying for isn't it?
- We don't disappear for 10 weeks whilst "the shortlist is being composed". We generally produce a fully qualified shortlist within three weeks, because we know our target audience.

- We don't work with poor calibre clients. - We don't take the money and run by charging you 70% of the fees upfront. We gear most of our fees towards a successful completion. After all you are paying us to make appointments, not produce shortlists.
